Managing Director of the Patriot Growth Legal Practice
Dieter Clauss is the Managing Director of the Patriot Growth legal practice, with extensive experience in legal professional liability across both the wholesale and retail insurance markets. His background includes leadership roles with RT Specialty and Lawyers Insurance Group, where he specialized in developing coverage solutions and risk management strategies for large law firms nationwide.
Dieter is recognized for his focus on continuing education and proactive risk management, helping attorneys and firms navigate evolving professional liability exposures through seminars, training programs, and consultative guidance.
He holds an MBA from the Villanova School of Business and is a former college basketball player and college golfer.

Jennifer Costanzo, MLIS, CRIS
Director of Operations
Jenn’s entire career in the commercial insurance industry has been spent as a strategic risk manager for firms with large complex professional liability exposures. Jenn is instrumental in our contract review process, benchmarking and data analysis process, and the management of the day-to-day operations for our Legal Practice. Jenn holds CIRS and MLIS designations.
